Our SWEAT class is our signature class offering a unique athletic approach to dance cardio designed to increase your cardiovascular capability. This class includes 60 minutes of high-intensity dance cardio and intervals of core, upper and lower body resistance training.

*you'll need a mat, glider or towel, 3 pound weights, resistance band with handles and 100% effort *
